Easy Meatballs

Easy Meatballs

1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
1 egg
2 tablespoons water
1/2 cup Progresso Italian Style Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup minced onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

  1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2.  In a large bowl, combine egg, water, bread crumbs, onion, salt and pepper. 
  3. Add ground beef to mixture.  Combine with your hands or large metal spoon. 
  4. Form meatballs into 1" ball and place on a 9 X 13 cake pan. 
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until meatballs are no longer pink in the center.
