Easy Pizza Recipe: Easy Pizza Dough and Easy Pizza Sauce
Yummy Pizza! I used red peppers, hamburger, pepperoni, mushrooms, chopped olives, lots of shredded cheddar/jack cheese and parmesan cheese sprinkled on the top. |
Easy Pizza Dough
15 Servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 package active dry yeast (.25 ounce)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 cup warm water
- Combine flour, yeast,salt and sugar in a large bowl. Mix in oil and warm water. Set aside for 5 minutes.
- Spread out on greased pizza pan.
Easy Pizza Sauce
Prep Time: 5 minutes
1 (15 ounce) can Hunt's Tomato Sauce
1 (6 ounce) can Hunt's Tomato Paste
1 tablespoon ground oregano
1 1/2 teaspoons dried minced garlic
1 teaspoon ground paprika
- In a medium bowl, mix tomato sauce and tomato paste.
- Stir in oregano, garlic and paprika.
Top with your favorite toppings. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

Easy Meatloaf
8 servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour
1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion Soup Mix
2 lbs. ground chuck
3/4 cup Progress Italian Style dry bread crumbs
3/4 cup Progress Italian Style dry bread crumbs
2 eggs
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup ketchup
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
- Shape into loaf in 13 X 9 baking or roasting pan.
- Bake uncovered 1 hour or until done. I brush the outside of the meatloaf with ketchup 15 minutes prior to the timer end. Let stand 10 minutes.

Easy Meatballs
1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
1 egg
2 tablespoons water
1/2 cup Progresso Italian Style Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup minced onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine egg, water, bread crumbs, onion, salt and pepper.
- Add ground beef to mixture. Combine with your hands or large metal spoon.
- Form meatballs into 1" ball and place on a 9 X 13 cake pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until meatballs are no longer pink in the center.
Easy Crock Pot Stew
Easy Crock Pot Stew
3 1/2 lbs. of Stew Meat
1 Tbs. Olive Oil
1 Can of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
4 oz. can of Mushroom Pieces and Stems, drained
1 cup of water
1 Wyler's Beef Bouillon Cube
1 envelope of Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion Recipe Soup and Dip Mix
- Heat 1 Tbs of olive oil in a skillet. Add Stew Meat. Brown all sides. Drain.
- Boil 1 cup of water and dissolve 1 bouillon cube completely.
- Add stew meat, beef stock, cream of mushroom soup, mushroom pieces and envelope of Lipton Onion soup in Crock pot.
- Cook on high-4 or 6 hour cycle setting. Makes 8 servings.
